This includes an initial review of a medical questionnaire during the first session, then brief check-ins at the start of each session following, for approximately 10-20 minutes. You will remain fully clothed with bare feet as you remain face up on a reflexology table, with the option of being on top of or under blankets, a knee bolster and neck rest available for comfort.
You will receive 40-60 minutes of foot reflexology with music or guided meditation where you will be invited to close your eyes and relax through the session. Then we close out the session as you transition into taking the next steps into your journey deepening your relationship within yourself and with those in your life. I am happy to walk alongside your journey for the period of time that fits best in your life.
