Summer Solstice Retreat

The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year — a moment of peak light, full bloom, and radiant visibility. It is the sun at its height, the year at its fullest, and an invitation for us to stand in that light too.

But the solstice holds more than celebration. It is also a threshold... the quiet turning point where the light begins its slow, sacred return toward darkness. And in that turning, we are asked: What have I built this year? What am I ready to release? And who am I becoming as I step into the second half?

This retreat is a gathering for women who want to mark this moment with intention — not just let it pass by on a calendar.

Through sound, meditation, ritual, and the power of gathering in community, we will honor all three faces of the solstice: the

light we've claimed, the abundance we're celebrating, and the release that makes room for what's next.

You will leave feeling seen, reset, and held.

You will experience:

✦ A guided sound bath to settle the nervous system and open the heart

✦ A somatic meditation journey through the arc of the solstice: peak, release, and becoming.

✦ Sacred solstice ritual: fire, light, and intentional release

✦ The power of women gathering in circle at a turning point of the year

This retreat is open to ALL....whether you are new to holistic practices or deeply rooted in them. You do not need to be a therapy client to join.

You simply need to want to show up for yourself.

The Three-Phase Arc of This Retreat

✦ Peak Visibility: We open in the energy of the full sun — celebrating what has

grown, what we’ve built, what we’ve become this year. This is the energy of light, of

being seen, of standing in your own radiance.

✦ Release & Letting Go: At the solstice, the light begins to turn. We acknowledge

what we are ready to release — what no longer fits who we are becoming. This is

not grief — it is sovereignty.

✦ Becoming & Intention: We close by planting a seed for the second half of the year… naming who we are stepping into as the wheel begins its slow turn toward rest.
